Animal Sessions
Remote Animal Emotional Healing – Emotion Code, Body Code & Belief Code | Cambridge NZ
Animals feel more than we often give them credit for.
I offer remote Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code sessions for animals, supporting emotional release, behavioural challenges, anxiety, trauma recovery, and nervous system regulation in horses, dogs, cats, cows, and other animals.
Many owners sense when something feels “off.”
A behavioural change with no clear cause.
Ongoing tension in the body.
Anxiety that doesn’t fully resolve.
A pattern that continues despite good training and appropriate veterinary care.
Animals are deeply intuitive and responsive beings. They can carry stress from their environment, mirror emotional states within the household, and hold unresolved experiences in the nervous system.
These sessions gently support the release of trapped emotions and energetic imbalances — complementing veterinary treatment and sound training practices when something deeper may be contributing to the pattern.
Based in Cambridge, Waikato, New Zealand, I work remotely with animals and owners worldwide.
How remote animal sessions work
All sessions are done remotely.
You’ll send me a recent photo of your animal, along with a little information about what’s been happening. I use the photo to connect in energetically.
Your animal remains at rest in their own space during the session. They are free to move around, process, or respond however they need. Many animals shift, yawn, lick and chew, rest deeply, or simply seem softer afterward — though every animal is different.
You don’t need to be actively involved during the session itself. Your role is simply to observe and share feedback if you wish.
Afterwards, I send detailed session notes via email so you can understand what was identified and released.
Sessions work layer by layer, releasing only what your animal is ready to let go of. Because of this, I usually recommend beginning with a three-session package, which allows us to move more gently and thoroughly through what your animal is ready to release.
When there’s more going on beneath the surface
Animals feel and carry what happens in their lives, just as deeply as we do.
Just like us, they move through stress, shock, confusion, grief, and fear.
If those experiences don’t fully resolve, they can remain stored in the body long after the event has passed.
Over time, this may show up as:
Behavioural reactivity or withdrawal
Anxiety or heightened sensitivity
Difficulty settling
Ongoing muscular tension
Patterns that repeat despite consistent training
Changes following surgery, relocation, loss, or stress
This doesn’t mean something is “wrong” with your animal.
It often simply means they are still carrying something that hasn’t fully cleared.
Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code sessions gently identify and release trapped emotional stress and energetic imbalances, allowing the body to return to greater ease and balance.
It’s not about forcing change.
It’s about creating space for what’s been held to finally let go.
The Animal-Owner Connection
One of the most powerful aspects of this work is the relationship between you and your animal.
Animals don’t live separate from us — they live in connection with us.
Sometimes they mirror what we’re moving through emotionally.
Sometimes they carry tension that isn’t fully theirs.
Sometimes when one begins to release, the other shifts too.
This isn’t about blame.
It’s about awareness and compassion.
Often, I find working with both the animal and the owner in their own separate sessions creates deeper and more lasting shifts. When emotional layers release on both sides of the relationship, connection often becomes calmer, clearer, and more trusting.
Owners often notice:
a softer connection
less tension between them
greater understanding of their animal
a sense of calm returning
Healing doesn’t just happen in the animal — it happens in the relationship.

Real Experiences
Maggie — Supporting Recovery After Surgery
Our girl Maggie was calving, and things just weren’t progressing right. The calf was too big for her pelvis, and we had to call the vet out. A c-section was the only option.
Thankfully, the calf — a big, healthy boy — made it safely into the world.
But Maggie wasn’t herself after surgery. She stood in the corner of the pen with her head buried in the hay, hiding from the world, completely shut down. It’s hard to see an animal you care for like that — withdrawn, overwhelmed, and checked out.
I did an Emotion Code session with her. Some big emotions came up: confusion, lack of control over circumstances, helplessness, defensiveness, and depression — all emotions you might expect after a traumatic, invasive experience like that.
Within minutes of releasing them, Maggie turned around, walked over to her calf, sniffed him, gave him a few licks, and began moving around the pen again — more present in herself.
Tulip — Grief and Emotional Recovery
Tulip was seven years old when her family lost her brother Cosmo on the road.
After that, Tulip became very clingy and insecure. She didn’t want to go outside for more than a few minutes at a time. If only one family member was home, she needed to be wherever they were. She was heartbroken and shaken.
This went on for about a month.
During her Emotion Code session, we released emotions including heartache, insecurity, effort unreceived, confusion, and betrayal.
For the next two days while she processed the releases, she was extra needy and wanted a lot of attention. Then on the third day, she returned to her normal self — outside hunting again, enjoying life, and still happy to come in for cuddles.
She had a follow-up session a couple of weeks later to support the transition.

No. These sessions are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or good training.
If your animal is unwell, injured, or showing sudden behavioural changes, veterinary care should always come first.
Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code sessions are designed to complement appropriate medical care and sound training practices — offering additional support when something feels emotionally or energetically unresolved.

These sessions are often supportive when:
Veterinary care is in place, but progress feels blocked
Training is consistent, yet patterns keep repeating
Your animal seems anxious, reactive, or emotionally “stuck”
There has been trauma, surgery, relocation, or loss
You sense there may be an emotional component contributing to the issue
It’s another layer of support — not a replacement for foundational care.
-
Yes. Animals, like people, can store unresolved stress responses in the nervous system. Over time, this may contribute to anxiety, shutdown behaviour, reactivity, or ongoing tension in the body.
Releasing emotional layers does not replace training or rehabilitation — but it can make them more effective when underlying stress is no longer driving the pattern.
-
Animals are deeply intuitive and live in close nervous system connection with their humans. In some cases, they can mirror or absorb stress within the household.
This isn’t about blame — it’s about awareness. When emotional layers release in either the animal or the owner, shifts in the relationship often follow naturally.
-
All sessions are done remotely using a recent photo to connect energetically. Your animal remains in their own space during the session and can rest or move freely.
Because this work focuses on the nervous system and the energetic field, physical presence is not required. This form of remote energy healing for animals allows sessions to be done safely and gently from a distance.
-
Yes. The work is gentle and non-invasive. We only release what your animal’s system is ready to let go of. Nothing is forced.
-
Every animal is different. Some shift quickly; others have deeper layers to work through. I usually recommend beginning with a three-session package to allow gradual, thorough release.

Yes. I’m based in Cambridge, Waikato, New Zealand, and all sessions are done remotely, so I work with animals and owners worldwide.
