How we work together: Integration over Insight
Most people come to me having already "thought" their way through their problems. You likely already know why you feel the way you do, but your body and your reactions haven't caught up to that logic yet. This is because the change you're looking for lives in the unconscious mind and the nervous system—places where words alone can’t always reach.
The "Handshake" Between Two Minds Think of your conscious mind as the captain of a ship, and your unconscious as the crew. You can shout orders from the deck all day (conscious willpower), but if the crew is following an old, outdated map (unconscious patterns), the ship won't turn.
I use NLP and Hypnotherapy to facilitate a "handshake" between these two parts. We don't use force; we use curiosity and safety to:
Update the Map: We find the old "operating systems"—beliefs formed long ago to keep you safe—and gently update them to reflect who you are today.

We don't try to shut your mind off; we give it a different job to do. Because I work with your natural design, we find a way into that relaxed state that respects how you are wired.
