My journey wasn’t overnight. It took months of trying different approaches and working with different people, all claiming their way was best. I eventually realised that what works for someone else isn’t necessarily going to work for me — and that finding a map that’s personal to you is what truly matters.

That’s why I created a 6‑month personalised coaching journey for people who know something needs to change but aren’t sure where to start — or who are tired of trying to think their way out of the same patterns. Learning this new way of living takes time, and it needs a space to unfold.

Over 12 sessions, we explore how you’re naturally designed to operate, why life and relationships respond to you the way they do, and what’s been blocking you from moving toward a life that feels satisfying, alive, and aligned.

    • Sessions are 90 minutes, allowing time for understanding, reflection, and integration

    • In‑person or online options available

    • A blend of Human Design, Gene Keys, somatic work, NLP, and relational safety practices

    • Optional additional 1:1 sessions available if you’d like extra support

    Each session builds on the last, creating a steady path from clarity → confidence → self‑trust.

How I help you move from tension

Step 1 — Create Safety

Before anything changes, your system needs to feel safe.

We start by slowing things down and helping you reconnect with your body — so the tension you’ve been holding can begin to release.

You’ll also start to notice the different parts of you — the part that pushes, the part that holds back, the part that overthinks — and instead of feeling pulled in different directions, things begin to settle.

This is where clarity starts. Not from thinking more… but from feeling more grounded in yourself.

This work draws on somatic therapy and parts work, but more importantly, it meets you exactly where you’re at.

Once your system feels safer, we can start working with what’s still sitting underneath.

Not by digging everything up… but by gently allowing your body to process what it hasn’t been able to before — so those old experiences stop hitting you the same way.

The patterns, reactions, and beliefs that once felt automatic begin to loosen.

And instead of feeling stuck in the same loops, you start to respond differently — with more space, more choice, and a sense of freedom that wasn’t there before.

This work draws on approaches like EMDR and NLP, but it’s always guided by what your system is ready for.
