What Might Actually Be Going On Underneath

Sometimes the problem isn’t that you don’t know enough.

You may already understand a lot about yourself. You may know where some of your patterns come from. You may have had the insights, the breakthroughs, the readings, the sessions, and the moments where everything made sense for a while.

But knowing yourself and living as yourself are not always the same thing.

Because there can still be parts of you that learned to adapt.

To keep the peace.
To be useful.
To get it right.
To not upset anyone.
To fit into what was expected.

So even when something inside knows there is more for you, another part may still pull you back into the old pattern.

Second-guessing.

This journey is about gently uncovering what is actually yours.

Not by being told who you are.

But by learning how to recognise yourself again — in your energy, your decisions, your patterns, your body, your relationships, and the way life has been trying to get your attention.

Why I Created This Journey

For a long time, I thought the answer was somewhere outside of me.

A different job.
A different business.
A different farm.
A different role.
A different version of success.

On the surface, I was getting on with life — working as an electrician, running a business, going dairy farming, building something practical, and doing what needed to be done.

But underneath, the same patterns kept following me.

I would look for the next thing that might finally make me feel clear, settled, or like I was on the right path. But even when life changed on the outside, the same old feelings would show up again.

Second-guessing myself.
Trying to prove I was good enough.
Pushing people away while secretly wanting to be chosen.
Wanting freedom, but not always trusting myself enough to fully choose it.

Eventually, I realised I couldn’t keep trying to fix the outside situation without looking at what was happening inside me.

That was the start of a much deeper journey.

Human Design gave me a map for understanding who I actually was — my energy, my decision-making, my patterns, my purpose, and the ways I had been pulled away from myself.

But the map alone wasn’t enough.

I also had to work with the beliefs, emotions, body responses, and protective parts that kept pulling me back into the old ways.

That is why I created this six-month journey.

Not to tell you who you are.

But to help you recognise yourself again, understand what keeps pulling you away from yourself, and begin living with more self-trust, direction, and purpose.

What the Six-Month Journey Includes

This is a personalised six-month journey using your Human Design as the map, while working with the beliefs, emotional patterns, protective parts, and body responses that may be pulling you away from yourself.

The structure gives us time to understand your design, notice what shows up in real life, and work with the blocks as they arise.

12 x 90-Minute Sessions

Over six months, with flexibility around timing. Some people may want more sessions closer together at the start, while others prefer a steady fortnightly rhythm.

Weekly Human Design emails

Each week, you’ll receive a simple email introducing a part of your design, so you can begin noticing how it plays out in everyday life.

Deeper clearing and integration

As beliefs, blocks, and old patterns show up, we work with them through parts work, somatic work, hypnotherapy/NLP, and trauma-informed coaching.

Support between sessions

You’ll have messaging support between sessions, so the work can keep moving as things come up in real life.

Your Human Design as the map

We look at your energy, decision-making, emotional patterns, purpose, conditioning, and where you may give yourself away or lose trust in your own direction.

Led by your real life

The journey has structure, but it is not rigid. We follow what is actually happening in your life, because that is where the patterns become visible.
