Who’s Driving Your Life?
If you’ve ever felt like life’s gotten a bit off track — like you’re showing up, doing your best, but still feeling lost, stuck, or disconnected — you’re not alone.
This week in our Cambridge men’s group, we’re exploring the theme: “Who’s Driving Your Car?”
You can think of your personality like a vehicle — it’s how you move through the world.
But the question is: who’s behind the wheel?
A lot of the time, it’s our mind calling the shots — planning, controlling, second-guessing. But the mind doesn’t always know the road.
The heart does.
That’s the part of you that knows what matters. That wants to feel, connect, and live with purpose.
But most of us don’t get taught how to trust that part of ourselves.
This session is for you if:
You feel like you’re going through the motions
You’re looking for a sense of direction or meaning
You’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure what comes next
You’re curious about personal growth, emotional wellbeing, or just want to connect with other good blokes
You’re new to this kind of thing — and ready to take a first step
You don’t need to know what you’re looking for.
You don’t need to talk if you don’t want to.
Just show up and sit in the space.
We offer a relaxed, no-pressure environment where men can come together for genuine conversation, reflection, and growth. Whether this is your first time in a group like this or you’re already on your journey, you’ll be welcomed just as you are.
